Description
The houses at 9 and 11 Holland Street date from the early 19th century. They are a pair of three-storey houses with basements, each two windows wide. The houses are constructed of brick, with the ground floor and basement finished in channelled stucco. Each house has a doorway with a semi-circular head, approached by steps. The ground floor windows have segmental heads. The windows are square-headed above. A stucco cornice and blocking run along the top of the building. These features contribute to the group value of the buildings.
