Description

A pair of houses dating from the early 19th century, located on Eaton Terrace. The buildings are constructed of stock brick, with the ground floor finished in channelled stucco. A stuccoed band marks the level above the ground floor. Each house has two windows, and they are arranged over four storeys and a basement. The first floor features cast iron balconies and square-headed sash windows set within round-headed recesses. The door to No. 18 is recessed within a segmental-headed opening, while the door to No. 16 is within a square-headed recess.
