Description
This listing describes a terrace of two houses, numbers 89 and 91, Eaton Place, dating from the early to mid-19th century. The houses are five storeys high and built of stucco. Each house has two windows on each floor. The ground floor is rusticated, featuring Doric porches and a balustraded balcony. The first floor has French windows with architraves and cornices. The second and third floor windows have architraves, with a prominent cornice above the third-floor windows. The upper floor windows also have cornices. The roofline is finished with an open balustrade to the parapet.
