A row of terraced houses dating from the late 19th century, located on Hans Place. The properties consist of four storeys plus a basement and attic. They are constructed of red brick with a tiled roof, and feature turrets. Numbers 23-27 are grouped with numbers 16-22, and together with numbers 32-40 on Pont Street and numbers 16-22 and 26-30 on Pont Street, form two blocks that flank the southern exit from Hans Place.
