Description

This is a terrace of buildings dating from the 19th century, built in a Queen Anne-Dutch style with Gothic detailing. The buildings are constructed of red brick and extend over four storeys and attics, with a basement level. Numbers 32 to 40, along with numbers 23 to 27 Hans Place, form one block, while numbers 28 to 30, together with numbers 16 to 22 Hans Place, form a second block that flanks the southern entrance to Hans Place. The terrace holds group value as a well-executed example of its style within the Belgravia district.
