Description
No. 67 is a house built in 1884, located on Pont Street SW1. It features red brick construction with pink terracotta tile hanging and a red tiled roof. The building has pargetting and some pink stone dressings. It stands three storeys high with an additional roof storey and occupies a corner site. The fenestration is irregular, with three gables of unequal size, the largest being on the right. The right and left gables project forward, with a porch beneath the right gable and a side circular oriel on the left. The windows are mullioned and transomed, featuring wooden glazing bars and some leaded panes. The gables display pargetting and the date of construction. Tall neo-Tudor chimneys are present, along with a balcony on the right and wrought iron area railings.
