Description
The gatepiers and wall to the right of the Upper Stables, dating from around 1700, are constructed of amber brick with red dressings, featuring Portland stone bases and cornices. The gatepiers are square and topped with acorn finials. The wall to the right is buttressed and has a Portland stone capping. The gates, added in the 20th century, are not of particular interest.
