Detached house. 1905. E N May. Irregular composition in red brick with stone dressings. Three storeys plus attic storeys and basement. Eight windows wide. Large circular bay to ground floor at left hand side of entrance. Central two windows set forward beneath gable and balustraded parapet. Modillion cornice. Steeply pitched roof with dormers. Group value with Nos 4 to 9. (Surv Lon Vol XXXVII).
