Description

No. 10 Palace Green is a detached house built in 1905 by E. N. May. The house features an irregular design in red brick with stone dressings and consists of three storeys plus attic storeys and a basement. It has eight windows across its facade, with a large circular bay on the ground floor to the left of the entrance. The central two windows are set forward and are located beneath a gable and a balustraded parapet. A modillion cornice runs along the top, and the steeply pitched roof includes dormers. The house has group value with Nos 4 to 9.
