It extends over three storeys plus an attic storey and a basement, featuring seven windows. A central entrance is emphasised by giant Corinthian orders, a modillion cornice, and a pediment. The building contributes to the group value of the surrounding properties at Nos. 4, 5, and 7 to 10 Palace Green.
