Description

A pair of telephone kiosks stand outside number 30 Kensington Church Street. Designed in 1935 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, these are Type K6 kiosks, constructed from cast iron. They are square in plan with domed roofs. The kiosks feature unperforated crowns to the top panels and margin glazing in the windows and doors. Various contractors were involved in their manufacture.
