Description

No 16 and Nos 17 to 22 are terraced houses built in the late 19th century. They rise four storeys, plus a basement and attic, and are constructed of red brick with a tiled roof. The houses feature turrets. Together with Nos 26 to 30 Pont Street and Nos 23 to 27, along with Nos 32 to 40 Pont Street, they create two blocks that flank the southern exit from Hans Place.
