Description
No. 80 Islington High Street is a terraced house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the late 18th century and is constructed of yellow brick laid in Flemish bond, with red brick dressings around the window heads. The roof is obscured by a parapet. The building stands three storeys high and features a three-window range. The entrance is located in the right-hand bay and is round-arched, with a wooden doorcase that has Roman Doric engaged columns supporting an open pediment. It includes a fanlight and a panelled door that retains its original design. All the windows are flat-arched, with heads made of red gauged brick and a sill band at the first floor. The south side of the building has a four-window range that is entirely blank.
