Description

The Cottage is a two-storey building with an attic, dating from the 18th century, and is located next to No. 110 on Highgate Hill. The building has undergone significant alterations over the years. It features a hipped slate roof that is set behind a parapet and is constructed of red brick. The ground floor was extended in the late 19th century. The Cottage is included in the listing for its group value, as it is part of a collection that includes No. 104 (Cromwell House) and the walls of Nos. 106, 106A, 108, and 110, as well as No. 112.
