Description

This is a circa 1730 house of three storeys and an attic, originally with four windows. The roof is a tiled mansard with dormers. The house is built of red brick, with horizontal bands marking the first and second floors. The upper parts of the building were rebuilt after damage during the Second World War. Sash windows with glazing bars are set within moulded frames, with gauged brick flat arches above. The main entrance is framed by a Roman Doric doorcase, featuring a triglyph frieze, a dentil cornice, and a pediment. This building forms a group with numbers 104 (Cromwell House), 106, 106A, 108, 112, and their associated walls and gates.
