Description

No. 7 Bounds Green Road is an early 19th-century villa that stands two stories tall and features three windows across its façade. The building has a low-pitched hipped slate roof with an eaves soffit and is constructed from yellow brick. The recessed sash windows, which have glazing bars, are topped with gauged flat arches. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door framed by fluted quadrant pilasters, a cornice head, and a patterned radial fanlight above. To the right of the main house is a two-story, one-bay coachhouse extension that has a stone-coped parapet and a later sash window. Nos. 7 to 25 (odd) form a group.
