No. 60 Highgate High Street is an early 18th century, two-storey, two-bay building that is weatherboarded. It features a cart entrance on the left side, which is situated under a small gable that includes a loft door and hoist. On the right side, there is a larger half-gable with one window on the first floor and a small shop front below. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 58 to 86 (even).
