Description
The Dove Inn Public House, located at No 19 Upper Mall, is a public house dating from the early to mid-18th century, with some alterations and additions. The building is constructed of brick and features an early 19th-century facade on the north front, which is two storeys high and two windows wide. The ground floor windows have shutters, and the entrance is adorned with a timber hood supported by brackets. The eaves display projecting joists. The south front, which faces the River, has a ground floor that projects and is topped with a wood balustrade. There is also old walling on the southeast side of the property.
