Description

This is a late 18th-century building, altered subsequently. It is located on Clapton Terrace and originally held the address number 69. The building is four storeys high with a basement, and has three windows. It is constructed of stock brick with a stone-coped parapet. A later wood cornice has been added at the third floor level. The windows are replacement sashes, with some having glazing bars, and are set within gauged flat brick arches. A one-bay right-hand entrance extension features a 20th-century doorway. The building is included in the listing for its group value alongside the Church of St Thomas and numbers 1 to 17 Clapton Terrace.
