Earlier building substantially rebuilt circa 1900 in restrained classical idiom. 4 storeys and attic. 6 windows. Ashlar. Iron balcony on lst floor. The lst and 2nd floor windows are linked by aprons containing stone swags. Oval plaques and swags above the 3rd floor. The interior has rich classical decoration.
