  1. Includes No 5 Copthall Buildings. Dated 1872. Red brick, rather Dutch. 4 storeys, 3 bays. Single storey entrance wing at right angles. Fine sculpted stone doorcase in late C17 City manner. Segmental pediment on bearded head consoles with garlands. Tympanum with monogram escutcheon and garland of fruit, flowers and foliage, 1st floor, channelled brickwork. 2nd floor windows with rubbed brick surrounds and segmental pediments.
