Description
No. 112 Whitfield Street is a terraced house built around 1777-1778, with some alterations. The building features yellow stock brick and has a stucco band at the first floor level. It stands four storeys high and includes cellars. The main facade faces Grafton Way and has three windows, with a four-window return that includes two blind windows. There is a 20th-century double shopfront and a house door. The windows are recessed sashes with gauged brick flat arches above them. The building has a parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
