Description

The K6 telephone kiosk, located approximately 6 meters north of the Upper Terrace junction on Heath Street, is a notable example of this type of kiosk. It was designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott and was made in 1935 by W MacFarlane of Glasgow. This cast-iron structure features a square shape with a domed roof, unperforated crowns on the top panels, and margin glazing on the windows and door.
