Description
No. 123 Heath Street is a terraced house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stucco and features a slated roof with a dormer. The building has three storeys and an attic, with one window on the front facade. The entrance is located in a recessed bay to the right, which belongs to No. 125. This entrance has a round-arched doorway with a stucco tympanum and a panelled door. The ground and first-floor windows are slightly recessed and have margin glazing. A canopied verandah is present on the first floor, supported by cast-iron columns, and there is a cast-iron balcony carried on fluted cast-iron columns. Openwork valences are positioned above the windows, and the building is topped with a parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
