Description
The gates and gatepiers, located 60 meters south of the Glanelly Rest, date from the mid-18th century. The wrought iron garden gate features side panels and a crown, all adorned with decorative wrought ironwork. The supporting gatepiers are made of finely gauged red brick and topped with limestone cappings. On either side of the piers, there are short sections of ramped buttressing walling, also constructed from red brick.
