Description
The Yews is a house dating from the early 19th century, with the possibility of an earlier core. It stands two storeys high and features three windows. The building is constructed of painted brick, while the side and rear walls are rendered. It has a hipped roof covered with slate and a rear chimney made of red brick. The windows are small-pane sash types with segmental-arched heads. The entrance doorway, also from the early 19th century, has a six-panelled door with an oblong fanlight, surrounded by a reeded architrave and topped with a flat canopy that has a moulded fascia.
