Description
Ivy Nook is a 17th-century farmhouse that has been divided into two separate residences. The building has an L-shaped layout, with the main section being one-and-a-half storeys high, while the cross-wing part features two storeys and attics. It is constructed with a timber frame and rendered exterior, topped with thatched roofs. The main range includes an internal chimney stack with a tall plain red brick shaft, two three-light casement windows, and two gabled dormers with two-light casements. There is also an enclosed gabled porch. The cross-wing has three-light windows and an end chimney stack, which has a mid-19th century brick extension with a dentil cornice behind it.
