Description

Chilton Lodge Farm farmhouse is a late 16th century or early 17th century timber-framed and plastered house featuring a crosswing at the east end and a later crosswing added at the west end. The building has two storeys and primarily features 20th century casement windows. A 19th century gabled porch extends from the front, which includes a six-panel door and a cornice, along with "Gothic" arched windows on the sides. The roof is tiled and has an old red brick square chimney stack that has been rebuilt at the top. Inside, there are areas of exposed timber-framing.
