Description

Motts Farmhouse is a late 17th century timber-framed and plastered house that stands two storeys high with attics. It features a three-window range, although one window is blocked on the first storey. The central entrance has a six-panel door, which is adorned with an architrave and cornice. The roof is hipped and tiled, with two gabled dormers. At the time of the survey, the house was empty and in a state of dereliction.
