Description

Tye Farmhouse is a timber-framed and plastered house dating from the 17th to 18th century. It has two storeys and attics, featuring a four-window range. The first storey has 20th-century casements, while the ground storey has double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The doorway is adorned with a moulded wood architrave and a cornice hood. The roof is tiled and includes two gabled dormers at the front, along with a plaster eaves cornice.
