Description

Tye Green Cottage and Wren Cottage are a pair of pleasant houses dating from the early to mid-19th century. They are timber-framed and have plastered walls. The building is divided into a lower block with three window bays, featuring casement windows, some with louvred shutters, and a higher block with a single window bay containing double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. A gabled porch projects from the front. The roofs are slate-covered, with a hipped section on the south end of the lower block.
