Description

No. 7 Guildhall Street is a house and shop built in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of white brick with red brick on the side walls and has a slate roof. The building stands three storeys high and features a two-window range with sashes that have a single vertical glazing bar and cement flat arches. The ground storey includes a shop front with glazing bars, flanked by two six-panel doors that have plain rectangular fanlights above a continuous cornice and fascia. The interior has no features from before the 19th century. This building is included for its group value as part of the street scene.
