Description

Cutt Bush is a cottage from the 18th century, constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, topped with a thatched roof. The building has one and a half storeys and features a central axial brick stack, although the shaft has mostly been rebuilt. There is a 20th-century door located in the left-hand bay. On either side of the stack, there are two 3-light 20th-century leaded casements. In front of the stack, there is a full dormer that also contains a similar casement. To the left, there is a single-storey addition with an external brick stack and a horizontally treated 3-light fixed light. The right-hand return has a 3-light leaded casement on each floor. The dormer was previously dated 1847, which likely marks the time of restoration.
