Description

Brook Cottage is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed house featuring a gabled wing that projects at the front. The exterior is faced in brick from the 19th century and is now colourwashed. The building has one storey and attics. The windows include a mix of 20th century casements and early to mid-19th century windows with arched lights. The doorway, located in the projecting wing, is sheltered by a wood latticed porch. The roof is thatched and includes two gabled dormers.
