Description

Orchardside is a 17th century timber-framed house that has a 20th century gabled wing added to the right side. The exterior is finished with colourwashed roughcast and features a thatched roof. The building has one storey and an attic, with a central chimney stack. There are two attic dormers with leaded lights and modern leaded casements on the ground floor. A large modern gabled porch is present at the front. The two rear dormers have geometric glazing bars. The 20th century two-storey wing is made of colourwashed brick and also has a thatched roof.
