  1. Adjoins the south side of Hill House. A C17 timber-framed and plastered house. 2 storeys. 2 window range, casements with leaded lights. A 6-panel door has a plain surround. Roof tiled, hipped at the north end, with a red brick chimney stack of 2 octagonal shafts on a rectangular base.
