Description

Layham Place is an early 19th century house constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior. The building has two storeys and features a two-window arrangement on the front and a one-window arrangement on the north side. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. A central door, which dates from the 20th century, is sheltered by a porch supported by plain pillars. The roof is hipped and covered with slate.
