Description

Hope House is an early 19th-century house constructed of painted brick, featuring a slated roof with parapet gables and two internal chimneys made of gault brick. The building has two storeys and three windows, which are small-pane sashes set beneath flat arches of gauged brick. The entrance door is six-panelled with panelled reveals. Notable architectural details include a good entablature, an open moulded pediment, a cornice, and fluted half-round pilasters.
