Description

This barn, located 50 meters north of Paradise Farmhouse, dates from around 1600. It features a mid-20th century lean-to on its west side. The structure is timber framed, with a plastered and tarred exterior, and has a half-hipped roof covered in corrugated iron. The barn consists of three bays, with a central cart entrance that has boarded doors. The end bays are equipped with large grain storage bins. The frame appears to be largely intact, showcasing open trusses with curved tie beam braces and a queen-post roof that includes a ridge piece.
