Description

This granary, built in the 19th century, is located 5 metres west of Gates Farmhouse. It has a structure of three by three bays, featuring a timber frame and weatherboarding set on brick piers. The roof is a slated pyramid design, and there is a boarded door. This granary is included in the listing for its group value and due to the relatively small number of granaries of this type still existing in Suffolk.
