Description
This is a late 18th-century house with an attached workshop. The house is timber-framed with roughcast and colourwashed render, and a slate roof. It has two storeys and a three-window front. The central entrance has a six-panelled door, the upper four panels glazed, with a reeded doorcase and a hood featuring guttae. Late 18th-century eight-over-eight sash windows are visible within exposed window boxes to the right and left of the entrance. The first floor has four-over-eight sash windows. The roof is hipped with chimney stacks on the west and south slopes. A full-height, timber-framed outshut extends to the rear. Attached to the outshut is a two-storey workshop, likely a weaving shed, with a hipped roof covered in pantiles. One upper window in the workshop is lap-glazed.
