Description

Nos. 9 and 11 Bury Street are two shops dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. The buildings are timber-framed, roughcast, and colourwashed, topped with a slate roof. They stand two storeys high and feature a three-window front. The shopfronts are made of modern plate glass, while the first floor has three 2/2 sash windows. The eaves cornice is adorned with paired mutules, and the roof is gabled. At the rear, there is a full-height outshut that includes chimney stacks.
