Description

Marsden House consists of two houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from gault brick and feature a slate roof at the front and red pantiles at the rear. The building is two storeys high with a four-window front. There are two doors, each with two vertical panels and overlights. The ground floor has three 6/6 sash windows beneath gauged skewback arches, while the first floor has three similar sash windows and a narrower 4/4 sash window on the extreme left. The roof is shallow and gabled, with two large gault brick stacks on the front slope. The rear of the building includes 20th-century details.
