Description

Model Farm Cottage is a house, probably dating from the 17th century, featuring a two-cell end-chimney plan. It has one storey and attics, constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior. The roof is thatched and includes one 19th-century eyebrow casement dormer. To the right, there is a 17th-century external end chimney made of red brick, with the upper shaft rebuilt in the mid-20th century. The cottage mainly has small-pane 19th-century casements, along with one mid-20th-century casement. The entrance door is boarded and dates from the 19th century.
