Description

No. 12 Lambseth Street is a house built around 1850-1860. It is constructed of red brick with gault brick dressings and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features a single-window range. The entrance has a 20th-century glazed door set within a doorcase that includes reeded engaged quarter columns, which rise to punched block entablatures and a plain frieze, topped with a hood. Above the door, there is a 6/6 unhorned sash window with a segmental head. The roof is hipped. The interior has not been inspected.
