Description
Two houses of early 18th-century origin, formerly known as Houses C Gibbs, U Haddock and R Palmer. The buildings are timber-framed with a brick plinth, and have been plastered and colourwashed. They are topped with a thatched roof. Structurally, the houses are two storeys high, with a three-window front. The ground floor features two 20th-century six-panelled doors, each accompanied by a 19th-century three-light casement window. The first floor has two three-light casement windows and a small central two-light casement. The roof is gabled with internal gable-end stacks located to the north and south. The interior reveals a frame of thin timber, and a 20th-century staircase is present in number 11.
