Description

10 Lower Brook Street is an early 19th century building that was originally added to No 8. The upper storey is made of painted brick, while the ground storey features rusticated stucco. The building has two storeys and a two-window range, with double-hung sash windows. The ground storey window includes glazing bars, while the first storey windows have vertical glazing bars. There is a four-panel door with a rectangular fanlight, which has panelled reveals and a moulded architrave. The roof is slate. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 6 to 18 (even) and No 18A, along with Nos 7, 9, and 15.
