Description

1 and 3 Eagle Street is an early 19th-century brick building that has been painted. It features stucco rusticated quoins at the east end and stands three storeys tall. The first and second storeys have three window openings, which contain double-hung sash windows with vertical glazing bars set in plain reveals. The ground storey includes 19th-century shop fronts. At the west end of the building, there is a four-panel door flanked by plain pilasters and topped with a cornice. The roof is covered with slate and has a wooden modillion eaves cornice.
