Description

The Co-operative Education Centre is an 18th-century red brick house located at 1260 Fore Street, set back from the street. It features a parapet and a moulded brick modillion cornice. The building is two storeys high and has a five-window range with double-hung sashes that include single vertical glazing bars, all set in plain reveals. The central entrance has a glazed 20th-century door framed by a wood doorcase, which includes a semi-circular fanlight, half round columns, and an open pediment. Additionally, a small 19th-century entrance porch has been added to the south end of the building. The roof is tiled.
