Description

The Co-op, located on the west side of Market Place, is a late 18th-century building that includes No. 8 Fenkle Street. It stands three storeys tall and features two windows. The exterior is made of plain ashlar stone, topped with a steeply pitched slate roof that has coped verges and a single brick chimney. The building has glazing bar sash windows, with single-hung windows on the second floor. The ground floor showcases a three-light shop front with a door positioned to the left.
