Description

Nos 33 to 37 on St Nicholas Street are a group of 17th-century timber-framed and plastered houses featuring jettied upper storeys. The buildings are two storeys high and have three window ranges, with double-hung sashes that include single vertical glazing bars in flush cased frames. The ground storey has 20th-century shop fronts, and the roofs are tiled. These houses are part of a larger range that includes Nos 25 to 39 and form a group with Nos 19 to 47 on St Nicholas Street and Nos 1 to 9 on Silent Street.
